Nationwide Survey for Wild Polioviruses

REMINDER

U.S. national wild poliovirus inventory reports are due December 31, 2002

A reminder from the Office Of Poliovirus Laboratory Containment Preparedness: If you have not received the wild poliovirus inventory form, it is available at our informational website, www.cdc.gov/od/nvpo/polio. Even if no wild poliovirus materials are retained, all institutions/laboratories with biomedical laboratories must submit inventory reports.

Congratulations to the 16,000 institutions/laboratories that have already completed the inventory process.

The U.S. national wild poliovirus inventory of all biomedical institutions/laboratories begins October 2002. Responses are due December 31, 2002 (PDF 36k)
